What You Need to Know
I am partnering with a leading company to source for a HR Officer position within their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and growing organisation. The role will be based at their office in North Dublin.

Your New Job
As an HR Officer you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding to ongoing development. Reporting to the Group Head of HR and working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of key HR processes, including policy development, employee relations, payroll coordination, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll administration and manage compensation and benefits plans.

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

  • Develop and coordinate the delivery of best-in-class HRIS administration.

  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, and resolving any issues.

  • Coordinate onboarding programs and organise training and development initiatives.

  • Promote HR programs to foster an efficient and inclusive workplace.

  • Assist in developing and implementing people policies.

  • Handle disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and consistency.

  • Support performance management tasks and initiatives.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 1–3 years of HR experience.

  • A recognised third-level qualification in HR Management; CIPD certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of employment law and proven experience handling employee relations issues.

  • Ability to provide HR advice and guidance to management.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
