Matrix Recruitment Group is a leading Irish owned national recruitment company. Established in 1998, we have 4 offices nationwide – Waterford, Carlow, Athlone and Dublin – all staffed by highly qualified and experienced consultants. We specialise in a number of job categories including accountancy, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, quality & laboratory, supply chain, human resources, office support, IT and sales & marketing. We pride ourselves on ‘specialising in you’. Our mission is to take the time to get to know and identify the needs of everyone we work with to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Matrix Recruitment Group, originally known as WBS Recruitment, was founded in 1998 by Kieran McKeown, a proud Fermanagh man with a fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and over 26 years’ industry experience. With ambition and hard-work, the company grew to what it is today.
WBS Recruitment was initially set up as a specialist accountancy recruitment company. Kieran saw an opportunity to offer a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service to both clients and candidates in the South East of Ireland. Starting with only two people, the business quickly expanded, opening an office in Tullamore in 2001.
In 2006, the company re-branded as Matrix Recruitment Group and opened two new offices – Carlow and Athlone – becoming the leading recruitment agency in the South East and Midlands. At this stage, the team had increased to 10 members. Fast forward to 2013 when Matrix expanded into Dublin.
Today, Matrix Recruitment Group consists of 20 staff, specialising in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment for accountancy, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, quality & laboratory, supply chain, human resources, office support & IT, and sales & marketing roles. We also have an internal payroll department with over 300 temps on our books.
