​Tina joined Matrix Recruitment in 2024 as the Regional Recruitment Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in recruiting for HR, Engineering, and Technical roles across Leinster. Specialising in senior-level vacancies and niche skill sets, she aligns recruitment strategies with business goals, leading a team of consultants in sectors such as Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic HRM, Tina combines her industry knowledge with a strategic approach to provide tailored recruitment solutions for clients. She’s passionate about helping individuals find roles that support both their career growth and personal development, taking pride in the satisfaction that comes from connecting people with the right opportunities.

Tina’s approach centres on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships, and offering ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys hiking, reading, keeping fit, and spending time with family and friends.
