Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of FTTx projects, including schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead field teams, recruit, train, and ensure high performance.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the main customer contact, managing expectations and delivering updates.
- Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks as needed.
- Data Management: Track progress, maintain reports, and present KPIs to customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and suggest efficiency improvements.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of project management in FTTx rollouts.
- Proven track record in telecom projects (e.g., cabling, splicing).
- People management experience.
- Familiarity with GIS software (QGIS/ArcGIS) is a plus.
- Background in telecoms/engineering.
