Patricia joined Matrix Recruitment in 2011, starting her career on the temp desk where she managed a diverse range of roles in admin, marketing, HR, and IT.

Having refined her skills over the years, Patricia now excels as the Senior Technical Recruitment Team Leader. She specialises in mid-to-senior level positions across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality within the Leinster and Munster regions.

With a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and an Honours Degree in International Business, Patricia offers a powerful blend of technical expertise and business insight. Her profound understanding of the market and robust network within these sectors enable her to connect top talent with leading organizations seamlessly.

Outside of work, Patricia is passionate about music, having competed in various talent competitions. She also enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including her children and Golden Labrador.
