Key duties & responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams to achieve goals and maintain open communication.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to quality and GMP standards.

• Drive process improvements, cost savings, and capital investment.

• Liaise with corporate and industry groups to enhance reputation.

• Manage budgets, production forecasts, and SAP systems to meet demand and quality targets.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related.

• At least 5 years supervisory/leadership experience

• Experience in leading unionised operations

• Change management experience

• Strong Experience in compliance management and process improvement
