Matrix Recruitment is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to lead installations for our client site based in Denmark.

Full time permanent role/rotation flights covered if needed **

You’ll oversee a team, ensure compliance, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance.

• Maintain strict health & safety standards on-site.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and test electrical systems.

• Collaborate with project managers and attend site meetings.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

What You Need:

• 5+ years electrical experience, with 4+ years in a supervisory role on data centre or critical infrastructure projects.

• Recognized electrical qualification (FETAC Level 6 or equivalent).

• Experience with UPS systems, power distribution, and backup systems.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP certifications.
