Matrix Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our environmental client, based in Kildare.
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and create engaging visual and written content to bring marketing campaigns to life, across multiple channels (digital, print, radio, and events). Track campaign performance and produce insightful reports.
- Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns.
- Schedule, monitor, and analyse digital posts. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow social media communities.
- Organise and promote live events such as school competitions, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Analyse website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience, implementing SEOs and drive traffic.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and agencies
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching customer behaviour, market developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in Marketing/Sales/Advertising.
- Minimum NFQ 6 qualifications.
- Experience managing content on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
