Our client based in Kilkenny, an iconic Irish Agri business, are seeking a Control Panel Room Operator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role, and you will oversee and manage operations from the control room, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operations. Your ability to monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal performance is key to our success
This is a Full Time Permanent Position with a competitive salary package + shift allowance, training and development opportunities and supportive working environment.
Shift: Day/Night/Rotating (6am to 2pm/ 2pm to 10pm /10pm to 6am)

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor control panels and associated systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Respond promptly to alarms, malfunctions, or emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Coordinate with on-site and off-site personnel to address operational challenges and maintain production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
