What You Need To Know
Matrix Recruitment are recruiting a Digital Content Specialist for our manufacturing and design client, based in Kilkenny.

This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role with 3 days a week based in Kilkenny.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, to drive multi-channel growth, and create digital content that engages target audiences.

Your New Role
Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Developing and executing a digital content plan aligned with brand values.

  • Producing engaging content including blog posts, product descriptions and social media updates.

  • Managing social media channels and engaging with followers.

  • Executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

  • Monitoring content performance through analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and NPI teams to ensure content aligns with brand campaigns and launches.

  • Coordinate with external PR agencies to build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts, helping to amplify brand reach and credibility in the digital space.

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital content, social media, and interior design to ensure content is fresh


What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, ideally within the home or interior design industry.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.

  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate brand vision into effective content.

  • Willingness to travel to shows and exhibitions to manage social media coverage.
