You'll manage projects to improve machinery safety in the factory, from design to final implementation.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure they stay on track, within budget, and meet safety standards.
- Plan how the project will be carried out and the best way to get it done.
- Review and choose the best suppliers for equipment and materials.
- Offer technical advice to reduce risks and keep everything safe.
- Supervise on-site work, making sure health and safety rules are followed.
- Coordinate with all teams involved to keep everything running smoothly.
- Keep everyone updated on project progress and fix any issues that come up.
What are we looking for?
- A degree or strong background in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- 5 years of experience in project management in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Experience managing machinery or equipment-related projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and familiarity with CAD software.
- Solid understanding of H&S regulations, especially in factory environments.
- Key skills: problem solver, attention to detail, team player.
