Matrix Recruitment is working with a leading agri-business client to recruit an Office Administrator for 6 months in Co. Kildare.

This is a full time, on-site contract with potential for extension or permanency. 

You will be responsible for inventory administration, invoice management, and data processing.You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate records and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Your New Job
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Excel VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to manipulate, analyse, and present data efficiently.
  • Handle invoices under dispute and transfer data from PDFs into Excel for accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with system integration and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
  • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Provide support across various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth office operations.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is essential.
  • A keen eye for accuracy in managing invoices and inventory records.
  • Previous exposure to NetSuite (or ERP/similar systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
