What you need to know
We are currently seeking a Transfer Agency Client Services Consultant for our client, in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent service delivery to a portfolio of clients. 
This position reports to the Client Services Team Manager.

This is a contract position up until the 30th of September with some possibility of other opportunities arising afterwards. The role offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings as required, including due diligence meetings.
  • Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution.
  • Ensure that client interactions and queries are dealt with in a prompt professional manner at all times. Maintain strong client servicing skills in all interactions and ensure a positive manner.
  • Manage the vetting for incident reports and ensure all items are added to the daily client incident logs.
  • Regular liaison with Global Relationship Managers and other Operational Managers to provide a seamless service.
  • Participate in and review the client monthly reporting packs.  
  • Review and sign off on relevant reports and participate in testing for client-related reporting.
  • Perform trend analysis, resolve exceptions and relevant matters as required.
  • Participate in the periodic goals for the team.
  • Organize the work, set short-term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of the work.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
  • Be the face of the company and department to external and internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
  • Transfer Agency experience preferred or previous experience in a client-focused role in banking or financial services.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required.
  • Ability to organise work effectively, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT proficient.
