Financial Services Recruitment Manager

As Financial Services Recruitment Manager for Ireland, Rena joined Matrix Recruitment Group in 2014. Rena holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from DCU, a Certificate (CIPD) in Human Resource Management from NCI and holds a number of certificates in recruitment and online sourcing.

Rena heads up the financial services team, runs talent market data and analytics reports, manages compliance for the team and actively recruits for permanent, contract and temporary / contingent workforce employment types within Financial Services. Having spent a number of years living in Madrid, she has a great love of Spanish music and Salsa dancing!
