Your New Job
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of strategic growth plans aligned with long-term goals.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure sales initiatives are effectively implemented across all levels.
- Researching market trends and member behaviour to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Creating outreach strategies that connect with younger audiences and community groups.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and leading promotional efforts to boost engagement.
- Embedding a proactive sales culture across the organisation through training and support.
- Overseeing external communications to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
- Evaluating performance metrics to refine strategy and maximise outcomes.
- Ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
- A qualification in a business, finance or marketing discipline (QFA is advantageous).
- 3+ years’ experience business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in financial services.
- Experience turning insights into action and delivering real results.
- Confidence in working independently and influencing others across an organisation.
- Strong communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
