Our client, a global food manufacturer based in Co. Cavan are recruiting for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their company. This company has significant growth plans for the next number of years.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the full recruitment cycle, drive strategic talent hiring, shape company people strategy, and enhance the company brand. You will also be a key influencer within the HR function and a trusted advisor to management.

This is a permanent hybrid position.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing and implementing top-tier Talent Acquisition processes and practices.

  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external recruitment partners.

  • Consult with Communications and Corporate Affairs to enhance the company’s brand.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from identifying needs, creating job descriptions with hiring managers, selection, interviewing and onboarding of a candidate.

  • Coordinate sourcing strategies to meet the Group's Headcount Recruitment Plan.

  • Collaborate with senior HR members to manage roles effectively to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.

  • Lead strategic initiatives like graduate programmes and internships.

  • Generate regular reports on key Talent Acquisition metrics and outcomes.

  • Deliver training on recruitment systems and policies.

  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals throughout recruitment activities.

  • Contribute to People Strategy projects as part of the wider People function.

  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations.

  • Pursue personal development through learning and development activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business.

  • At least 5+ years previous experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruitment Consultant.

  • Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

  • Demonstrated capability to establish and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software systems.
