Head of Recruitment

Breda has been part of Matrix Recruitment since 2002 and currently serves as the Head of Recruitment. In this leadership role, she is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth and success. Before assuming this position, Breda was the Recruitment Manager for the Midlands and West, where she played a key role in building a strong regional presence.

Breda’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching. She also holds numerous certifications in leadership, management, recruitment, and online sourcing. Her extensive recruitment expertise spans across, executive search, headhunting, account management, and the development of effective recruitment strategies. Breda is known for her ability to source top-tier talent, helping companies across the Midlands and West.

As a seasoned recruitment professional, Breda leads a high-performing team of dedicated managers and consultants, all of whom are focused on delivering exceptional client service. She is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and embracing new technologies in the recruitment space, regularly sharing her insights as an expert on national radio.

Outside of work, Breda enjoys reading as a way to unwind and stays active through running. She frequently participates in 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons, although she’s humorously firm about not tackling a full marathon, too much training involved for her. Above all, Breda's love for recruitment and her commitment to continuous learning make her a true leader in the field.
