What you need to know
We are currently seeking a Senior Investor Services Analyst for our client in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing a great client service to various clients within the company.
This is a 6-month contract position offering a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Your new job
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to investor inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Help manage call volumes to meet service standards.
• Monitor client mailboxes, ensuring timely query resolution.
• Mentor new team members, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in quality improvement through process reviews.
• Process daily phone transactions and upload documents.
• Verify and approve trade data for accuracy.
• Track client inquiries and recommend process updates.
• Prepare and share team stats and reports as needed.
• Support team tasks and complete responsibilities on time.
• Take on additional tasks as required by business needs.
What are we looking for?
• Experience working in transfer agency or financial services is desired.
• Prior client-serving experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn systems used within the business required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet frequent deadlines.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
