Our client who are a long-standing manufacturer in County Westmeath are seeking General Operatives to join their team.

This is a 2-year contract role.

Please note that this role will operate on a three-cycle shift pattern Monday - Friday. Alternating between the below times.

Day – 8am to 4pm

Evening – 4pm to 12 midnight

Night – 12 midnight to 8am

Your New Job

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as a General Operative removing sheets from production line.

• Operating and running the machines.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets.

• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Pack, label, and store finished products for shipment.

• Experience with machine maintenance/breakdowns.

• Perform inspections and ensure extrusion lines are running efficiently.

• General upkeep of area.

What are we looking for?

• Previous operator experience in manufacturing/Food/FMCG.

• Suitable for candidates with mechanics/farming/machine background.

• Technically minded efficient with operating machinery.

• Fork Truck Licence (desirable).

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
