What you need to know:
We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Management team of our client, a fast-growing private business located in the Southeast of Ireland.

The role will also provide support to the financial and operational functions of the business.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars and schedules and email inbox management of the MD.
  • Organising all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organising and preparing for meetings, including compiling agendas and documentation.
  • Point of contact for all internal queries and managing responses.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Administration support, including presentations, minutes, documents and accounts/expenses/filing.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and sales teams.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Help prepare financial, sales and KPI reports.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior leadership including Managing Directors or C-Suite Executives
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
