Matrix Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior AML Transfer Agency Consultant to join our client, a prominent global financial services provider, based in Limerick.
In this role, you will focus on driving process improvements and managing relationships across multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency and excellent client service. This is a leadership position in the team, providing support to all the AML Operations team, including management.
This role is a 12-month contract position with some potential for extension and/or permanency. A hybrid working model is offered, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your New Job
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Use data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with AML regulations and best practices, and use this as a support to drive process enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver Management Information (MI) reports across multiple locations and deadlines.
- Ensure the team meets audit, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with audit, risk, and compliance teams to manage reviews effectively.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by AML management.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven expertise in day-to-day AML functions, with strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.
- Familiarity with the AML regulatory environment in Ireland is essential; knowledge of Luxembourg and UK regulations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Solution-oriented attitude and experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
