Our client, a thriving and long established Pharmaceutical company, are currently seeking a Scientist for their facility in the Dublin.
Your New Job:
You will be part of a small team. This is a contract role of 11 months in duration. The role will suit a candidate that has experience in Laboratory processing, design, engineering, systems engineering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience of pharmaceutical formulation development and/or clinical supplies manufacture is desirable but not essential.
Education Requirements: The Staff Scientist is required to possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent plus some industrial experience. Position will receive direction and support.
What are we looking for?
· Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative in a constructive manner.
· Knowledge with Biologics manufacturing and familiarity with microbiological testing techniques.
· Knowledge of laboratory systems (e.g. LIMS, E-logs, MODA, and electronic notebooks).
· Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
· Effective communicator and technical expertise in science, to be able to share and communicate thatknowledge through training other analysts.
