Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a knack for strategy and leadership? We're seeking a Recruitment Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts, lead a team of top-performing recruiters, and play an active role in hands-on recruitment tasks in our Athlone office. About the Role:
As the Recruitment Manager, you'll drive our recruitment strategy, boost revenue and productivity, and manage regional budgets alongside the Head of Recruitment. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performing, motivated team that thrives on collaboration and excellence, while you also directly engage in recruitment activities, specifically in senior finance and accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Targets: Attract and retain senior candidates, prospect new business, and exceed team KPIs.
Lead & Mentor: Foster a motivated environment, develop your team, and assist with implementation of retention strategies.
Direct Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.
Communicate & Innovate: Promote open communication and introduce creative engagement strategies.
Compliance & Performance: Ensure adherence to company policies, set clear objectives, and monitor progress.
Business Development: Develop strong client relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.
Financial Management: Meet financial targets,- individual, office and company
Marketing & Networking: Collaborate on recruitment marketing initiatives, attend networking events, and build the company's brand presence.
Embrace Technology: Utilise AI technology and other innovative tools to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Relevant 3rd level qualification plus recruitment certification.
Experience: 6+ years in recruitment with a strong focus on business development.
Proven Track Record: Consistently exceeded revenue targets and delivered quality service.
Skills & Qualities:
Leadership & Mentorship: Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
Recruitment Expertise: Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate suitability.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales & Negotiation: Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Strong PC and system skills, with knowledge of social media platforms.
