Key duties & responsibilities:

• Operational Performance and Manage all aspects of Production Departments

• Manage Resources and equipment effectively

• Uphold and enhance H&S protocols

• Build and Manage relationships to enhance the team

• Develop and Implement operational strategy 

What are we looking for?

• 3rd Level Qualification in Related Discipline

• Relevant  professional certifications, Lean Manufacturing or Quality Management

• 10 years experience in a Manufacturing environment 

• 7 years experience in operations role preferably in FMCG industry

• Familiar with quality standards and safety regulations
