Key duties & responsibilities:

• Improve & maintain site standards for maintenance, processes, & engineering.

• Handle various on-site tasks like offering technical support, managing repairs and upgrades, inspecting the plant, and keeping records up to date.

• Stay connected with suppliers for equipment and spare parts, managing quotes and contracts.

• Assist the production team- products fail/low quality.

• Analytical skills- track technical & financial aspects of projects.

• On-the-job training in Europe/flexible.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or similar.

• Experience with manufacturing processes and managing complex projects.

• 2-4 years in a leading maintenance/ process engineering role.

• Key skills: Flexibility, time management, good communication, and problem-solving.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
