We are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our client in the Healthcare Sector in Co. Laois

*This is a contract job full time Mon-Fri with immediate start*

 

Your new job 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing/payroll administration

  • Data entry

  • Weekly cash and cheque lodgements

  • Balance cash book

  • Dealing with the weekly stores order

  • Customer queries via phone/email

  • General administration/clerical duties relating to the department

 

What are we looking for?

  • Accounts administration experience

  • Excellent numerical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • IT Skills – Word; Excel and Outlook

  • Exceptional typing skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and hit the ground running
