Lisa Egan

Lisa joined Matrix Recruitment in 2017 as a Recruitment Administrator, bringing 15 years of experience in office and administrative environments. She graduated from the Galway Institute of Technology with a Degree in Business and has also earned a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the ERF.

Lisa’s career progression within Matrix has been impressive—she was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in 2019 and further advanced to Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2023.

Lisa specialises in Office Support recruitment for the Midlands, West, and border counties. She works closely with public sector bodies and private sector businesses, recruiting for roles in office/HR administration, medical and legal, sales and marketing, accounts, IT support, and customer service.

Outside of work, Lisa is a passionate GAA fan and loves attending and watching matches!
