What you need to know
We are currently seeking an Investor Registration Analyst for our client in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment and will work to various daily deadlines.

This is a contract position up until the 30th of September 2024 with some possibility of other opportunities arising at the end of the contract. The role offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.



Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage relevant documentation of investors coming into the team, ensuring they are scanned and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Generate client reports on outstanding document requirements.
  • Manage and analyse workflow queues.
  • Processing work and carrying out quality checks on work as required.
  • Organise and distribute investor mailings.
  • Ensure the proper management of documents as per GDPR guidelines.
  • Conduct daily processing tasks, including performing quality checks and assurance.
  • Supervise and provide escalation support for the overseas team.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, internal departments, and wider groups on assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements at all times
 
What are we looking for?
  • Previous financial services experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of KYC and AML.
  • Effective risk management with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills.
