My client in the Public Sector is looking to hire an Insurance/Officer Administrator for their facility in Co. Carlow
This is a 9 month contract job initially.
This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Assist in administration duties in the running of the day to day services
Process insurance applications, quotations, claims, raising requisitions
Ordering of office equipment and inventory management
Reception duties
Fleet management
Health & Safety administration
IT administration support (audio & visual)
Participate in risk & performance management
Data entry to CRM system
Assist management in day to day admin tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
Must have min 2 years experience working in fast-paced office role – essential
Public Sector experience – preferable
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems experience
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask workload
