My client in the Public Sector is looking to hire an Insurance/Officer Administrator for their facility in Co. Carlow

This is a 9 month contract job initially.

This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in administration duties in the running of the day to day services

  • Process insurance applications, quotations, claims, raising requisitions

  • Ordering of office equipment and inventory management

  • Reception duties

  • Fleet management

  • Health & Safety administration

  • IT administration support (audio & visual)

  • Participate in risk & performance management

  • Data entry to CRM system

  • Assist management in day to day admin tasks as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Must have min 2 years experience working in fast-paced office role – essential

  • Public Sector experience – preferable

  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems experience

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask workload
