Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive forour Clientbased in County Kildare.

Our client is a fast-growing distributor and now part of wider group, serves Irish, UK, and international markets from its headquarters in Co. Kildare. With award-winning e-commerce platforms generating high volumes of daily enquiries, our Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in converting these leads into sales. This is a full-time Permeant role. 
Your New Job:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for growing sales by converting inbound leads into customers. Your focus will be on providing tailored solutions, fostering customer relationships, and driving repeat business. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll manage new and existing accounts across Ireland.

  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle new customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person at the showroom

  • Qualify leads and identify the best solutions for customers through communication with manufacturers, leveraging internal resources, and product knowledge

  • Follow up on customer enquiries in a timely manner

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant customer information

  • Address customer queries about orders by liaising with the logistics team

  • Gather and manage feedback from customers to improve service

  • Account management, ensuring high levels of service to build lasting relationships and secure repeat business

  • Assist the Sales Manager with various ad-hoc tasks as needed

  • Compile and publish case studies, testimonials, and other credible proof points

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or a construction-related industry

  • Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems

  • Full clean Irish driving licence
