Her love for working with people led her to pursue a career in recruitment, where she's spent four years in a hands-on role and gained an understanding of the unique demands of matching candidates ranging from qualified medical professionals to office staff at all levels, with roles that require compassion, technical expertise, and adaptability. Jennifer holds a compassionate approach and enjoys working closely with jobseekers to gain a full understanding of skills and preferences and find the best fit for them professionally.
In her recruitment career to date, Jennifer has excelled, building out a recruitment department within a homecare company and managing a consistently high volume of recruitment while meeting client expectations for the placement of suitable professional workers within tight deadlines. Working in an internal recruitment position has given Jennifer the key skills to work harmoniously and effectively with hiring managers on a daily basis which allows her to ensure strong and trusted relationships with her clients.
Jennifer is an advocate for DE&I within the workplace and in her spare time, she dedicates herself as a leader of a local Scouts club.
