What you need to know
Matrix Recruitment is currently seeking a HR Onboarding Administrator to join our client, a global finance company, based in Limerick.

This position will suit you if you enjoy a fast paced role and have strong administration skills along with an interest in HR. A dynamic role with lots of great exposure to HR in a Shared Service Centre environment.

This is a 13-month contract with some possibility of extension and/or permanency. A hybrid working model is offered. Hours of work are 9am – 5.15pm.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Manage and resolve HR-related queries across multiple channels, utilising self-service tools where appropriate.
  • Process HR service requests, including organization changes, compensation updates, leave requests, and other data updates.
  • Conduct HR operational tasks such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and report generation.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all activities and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document case details in the case management system and ensure all HR process documentation is up-to-date.
  • Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to management.

What are we looking for?
  • A third-level qualification or HR qualification preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
