What you need to know

My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Customer Support Administrator for their facility in Co. Roscommon.

This is a permanent job.

Key duties & responsibilities:

·         Manage inbound/outbound customer calls/queries

·         Provide details re products/services

·         Manage the scheduling & call out services

·         Track & monitor service requests

·         Liaise with the sales team

·         Investigate & resolve customer issues

·         Data entry to CRM system

What are we looking for?

·         Excellent & proven customer service experience within a similar environment

·         Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems experience

·         Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

·         Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask workload
