Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase orders and post supplier invoices.
  • Manage supplier relationships and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Handle supplier queries and send remittances.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Update stock records, including tracking movement across locations, ageing, and pricing.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
