Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders and post supplier invoices.
- Manage supplier relationships and payments.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Handle supplier queries and send remittances.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Update stock records, including tracking movement across locations, ageing, and pricing.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
