In this role, you will work in a team and will be responsible for the implementation of new clients, launching new funds for existing clients, and managing fund transitions and mergers.
This role is a contract position up until the end of December 2024 with the potential for further opportunities arising towards the end of the contract. A hybrid working model is offered, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Transfer Agency offerings.
- Collaborate with clients to clarify standard services and work together on custom criteria.
- Ensure new business, new setups and enhancements are processed efficiently.
- Oversee multiple projects from initial requirements to final sign-off.
- Review essential documentation that is relevant to the account and provide feedback and instructions to clients.
- Accurately translate prospectus details and procedures into the operating systems with assistance from Subject Matter Experts.
- Attend client meetings to support the onboarding process and serve as the primary point of contact for Transfer Agency-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to process improvements within the team, identifying new controls and procedures.

- Several years of experience in financial services, particularly within Transfer Agency operations.
- Prior experience in client services or project management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory documents.
