What you need to know
Our client, a successful and widely recognised manufacturing company are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner for their South-East facility.

Your new job
This is a 12-14 month contract job with a very attractive financial package and will suit an Accountant coming from a manufacturing background.

Key duties & responsibilities:
This role is the primary linkage of finance to the business and the ability to build relationships is critical.

  • Deliver on business strategies and ensure strong financial governance is maintained.

  • Review management accounts to ensure that sign-off of P&L and Balance Sheets can take place.

  • Analyse business reports on an ongoing basis, provide commentary on key issues and identify any actions required.

  • On a monthly basis, review the balance sheet with the Shared Services Team.

  • Raise challenges to meet business objectives and reduce risk.

  • Evaluate business performance versus plant KPI’s and implement improvements.


What are we looking for?

  • Qualified Accountant with 5 years + experience.

  • Proven experience of working with Teams in a fast-moving environment.

  • Effective leader and influencer at all levels.

  • Strong knowledge of business modelling.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
