Key duties & responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development
  Lead and supervise a multi-skilled Operations Team, providing direction, training, and coaching to achieve performance and production goals.

• Production Planning & Execution
  Ensure high-quality, timely production by managing schedules, resources, and equipment to meet customer demands and inventory targets.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance
  Implement and uphold The Quality System, ensuring GMP compliance, product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Equipment Management & Efficiency
  Optimize equipment usage through effective maintenance and changeovers, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

• Confidentiality & IP Protection
  Safeguard company trademarks, intellectual property, and confidential components through strict security protocols and legal compliance.

What are we looking for?

• Relevant Degree – Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline.

• Extensive Experience – 7+ years in Food, Beverage, Flavour, or Pharma manufacturing.

• Leadership Skills – Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a collaborative environment.

• GMP Expertise – Advanced knowledge of GMPs in a world-class setting.

• Problem-Solving – Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.

• Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Technical Proficiency – SAP/Business System knowledge and high PC literacy.

• Process Improvement – Ability to drive technical and operational enhancements.
