We are currently seeking a Part-Time Senior Administrator for our client based in Dublin 24.

In this role, you will be essential in supporting construction and home projects, working closely with both homeowners and site teams.

This is a part-time, permanent position, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

You’ll excel in this role if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for homeowners regarding ongoing residential projects.

  • Coordinate with utility companies to arrange necessary service adjustments and organise tasks for teams, contractors, and homeowners.

  • Schedule activities for teams, contractors, and utility providers to ensure smooth project progression.

  • Assess and approve contractor invoices, process adjustments for clients, and monitor project progress.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in management systems.

  • Compile and prepare essential project documentation ahead of surveys and project commencement.

  • Develop and distribute homeowner handover materials, whilst preparing weekly client reports covering environmental issues, site safety, and rework updates.

  • Oversee the management of site materials and office supplies.

  • Input job orders, support communication between teams, manage office resources, and provide additional administrative support as needed.


What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience within a similar role. 

  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships. 

  • Experience uploading, downloading and filing documents electronically.

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail. 

  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.

  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency with desktops, PCs, mobiles and networking, specifically Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, G-suite and ZOHO. 

  • Experience within the construction industry is advantageous
