My client in the IT industry is looking to recruit an (Office) Operations/Accounts Manager for their facility in Co. Offaly
As the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the day to day operations, team management, scheduling & client relations. You will also be responsible for managing the finance/accounts process of the organisation.
This is a permanent job with company benefits.
This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Lead your team and ensure smooth running of the day to day operations
Ensure the IT/Engineering teams are managing and processing IT ticketing system.
Team schedules
Build and maintain strong client relations new/existing
Implement best practices in workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee sales & purchasing invoicing
Manage bank rec’s, revenue, payroll processing
Month/year end financials
What are we looking for?
Experience working in a similar management/operational role – essential
Payroll/invoicing/bank rec’s/month/year end financials - essential
Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems & accounting systems i.e. SAGE
Strong customer service & people skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to lead your team.
