What you need to know

My client in the IT industry is looking to recruit an (Office) Operations/Accounts Manager for their facility in Co. Offaly

As the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage the day to day operations, team management, scheduling & client relations. You will also be responsible for managing the finance/accounts process of the organisation.

This is a permanent job with company benefits.

This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri.

 

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  •  Lead your team and ensure smooth running of the day to day operations

  • Ensure the IT/Engineering teams are managing and processing IT ticketing system.

  • Team schedules

  • Build and maintain strong client relations new/existing

  • Implement best practices in workflows and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Oversee sales & purchasing invoicing

  • Manage bank rec’s, revenue, payroll processing

  • Month/year end financials

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a similar management/operational role – essential

  • Payroll/invoicing/bank rec’s/month/year end financials - essential

  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems & accounting systems i.e. SAGE

  • Strong customer service & people skills

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently

  • Strong communication & leadership skills

  • Ability to lead your team.
