Our client, a leader in production and manufacturing are seeking a highly skilled Office and Sales Admin to join their team in Laois.

This is a Full-Time Maternity cover role with a good salary and benefits package.
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
Dealing with customer queries and product specs
Monitor and maintain transactions from order entry through approval, confirmation, timely delivery and receipt of goods
Work in conjunction with supply chain and logistics
Keeping up to date on pricing and delivery dates to ensure high quality services
Managing inventory levels
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 years’ experience in production and or office / stores admin
Knowledge of the use of ERP system very advantageous
Previous experience in production or dispatch
Fluency in English language (written and spoken) a must
Experience in working on your own initiative
