Key duties & responsibilities:

• Mechanical System Design: Create designs for HVAC, plumbing, water services, gas, and building automation systems.

• Project Management:

• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to define project requirements.

• Quality Assurance

• Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers.

What are we looking for?

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering design within an engineering consultancy.

• Expertise in designing systems like HVAC, plumbing, and environmental solutions for buildings.

• Comfortable leading projects, meeting clients, and solving technical issues.

• Strong skills with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or IES energy modeling tools.

• Understands Irish building regulations and design standards.
