This is a Fixed Term Contract
What you need to know
Our client is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist on a fixed-term basis. Based in Newbridge and reporting to the Head of HR & Corporate Affairs, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing and communication strategies to support our Renewable Energy targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans, including branding, advertising, public relations, and event management.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Enhance the organisation’s online presence and engagement.

  • Create targeted, high-quality content for various channels such as the website, social media, and email.

  • Manage media relations, including press releases and inquiries.

  • Organise events, such as press conferences and stakeholder engagements.

  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business goals.

  • Implement an internal communications strategy for alignment on vision and strategy.

  • Manage corporate sponsorship applications and requests.

  • Support compliance with The Official Languages Act.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess performance.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

  • Oversee marketing budget and evaluate spending to ensure ROI.

  • Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

What we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-5 years of experience.

  • A degree in Business or Marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and PR.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
