What you need to know
Our client is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist on a fixed-term basis. Based in Newbridge and reporting to the Head of HR & Corporate Affairs, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing and communication strategies to support our Renewable Energy targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans, including branding, advertising, public relations, and event management.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Enhance the organisation’s online presence and engagement.
Create targeted, high-quality content for various channels such as the website, social media, and email.
Manage media relations, including press releases and inquiries.
Organise events, such as press conferences and stakeholder engagements.
Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business goals.
Implement an internal communications strategy for alignment on vision and strategy.
Manage corporate sponsorship applications and requests.
Support compliance with The Official Languages Act.
Conduct market research to identify trends and assess performance.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Oversee marketing budget and evaluate spending to ensure ROI.
Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
What we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will have:
4-5 years of experience.
A degree in Business or Marketing.
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and PR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
