What you need to know

Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our client based in North Kildare (Hybrid working model available). 

This role will report to the Head of HR. As the HR Business Partner, you will support the implementation of the HR strategy and the rollout of HR strategic programmes across the organisation.

This position will be offered on a 12-month contract basis. Hybrid working model available.

 

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing and implementing ongoing strategic HR programmes including wellbeing, people engagement, performance management, talent and succession management, amongst other areas

  • Coach and guide the management team and HR during the execution of strategic HR programmes. Set up training supports where necessary

  • Work collaboratively with HR and management to establish and implement talent management strategies aligned with the overall corporate strategy, making use of corporate talent sourcing and attraction tools and with an overall focus on encouraging engagement, retention and development within the organisation

  • Build programmes for people development, succession planning and leadership capability as well as culture change 

  • In collaboration with management and HR, drive engagement and develop people strategies

  • Assist in enabling business leaders to develop colleagues through innovative development paths

  • Proactively develop toolkits and management supports to enable resource planning, talent management, performance management and succession planning to engage, develop and retain high potential talent

  • Implement a Diversity and Inclusion strategy ensuring an inclusive organisation

  • Cooperate with all provisions taken by the company for ensuring Health and Safety, and Welfare of all employees and members of the public using the premises

  • Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives

 

What are we looking for?

  • Hons degree in HR, Business, or related discipline

  • 5+ years HR experience with business partnering experience

  • CIPD membership

  • Experience building and implementing new strategies in an organisation

  • Ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels
