Matrix Recruitment are seeking a Credit Control Specialist for our client company based in Waterford.
This is a role with a growing company.
As the Credit Control Specialist will work with a team of credit control and finance professionals and you will be responsible for credit control duties as well as sales orders and invoicing tasks.
This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options.

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Conduct credit checks and enforce credit limits.
- Carry out credit control activities and correspondence.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Resolve customer queries, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Generate invoices as required.
- Allocate payments in line with customer remittances.
- Ensure that key accounts are operating within agreed terms.
- Achieve monthly cash targets.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
What are we looking for?
- 1 years+ experience in a credit control role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
