As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting job opportunities with current clients, while also growing your desk through business development and client relationship management. This desk will cover mid-senior level office positions.

Your new job:

• Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct applications.

• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle from screening to job placement.

• Business Development & Sales: Develop new client relationships and grow your desk.

• Account Management: Nurture existing client partnerships while cross-selling Matrix services.

• Market Expertise: Promote job ads, showcase industry insights, and attract hard-to-find candidates.

• Performance & Targets: Set and achieve weekly & monthly KPIs to drive success.

• General Administration: Keep CRM updated and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Participate in ad-hoc company projects as required.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment

• Strong B2B & B2C experience

• Track record in a target-driven environment

• Degree qualification

• Excellent communication, organisational & problem-solving skills

• A team player who can also work independently

• Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated – eager to grow and succeed!
