Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production operatives, coordinating workflow and ensuring efficient operations.
- Implement and uphold Quality and Health & Safety protocols within the production area.
- Assist in production planning and monitor daily output, ensuring accurate reporting of production figures.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth production processes and meet goals.
What are we looking for?
- Leaving Certificate or Third Level qualification preferred.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role within a production environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with other departments (e.g., quality control, supply chain, maintenance) to ensure alignment and timely production.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a production setting.
- Competent in using basic IT systems and software.
