We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with strong leadership experience to manage production operations in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Process Engineer or Chemical Engineer with a passion for optimizing production processes and leading teams in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated setting.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled production team in a high-tech, process-driven environment.
• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement in a complex, multi-product operation.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and world-class manufacturing standards.
• Oversee batch processing, yield optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

What are we looking for?

• Level 8 in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering etc. with strong leadership experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in food, beverage, flavour, or pharma manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills in a process-driven environment.
• Expertise in process optimization, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP, GMP, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
