I am working closely with my client in the Healthcare sector who is looking to hire Lead Home Services Officer (HSO) to join their team on a part time basis.

This role is based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

This is a part time permanent job.

As the Lead HSO, you will be responsible for the set-up, review and risk assessment of Service User’s calls, care plans, liaising with service users, families & Healthcare Assistants ensuring compliance and carrying out risk assessments

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Set up, review & assess service users residence.

• Assist in putting care plans together

• Conduct risk assessments, reports & ensure HSA compliance

• Participate in meetings ensuring quality & patient safety policies/procedures are adhered to.

• Liaise with families & service users re personal care

• Data entry to inhouse management system

• Travel required– full license and own transport essential

What are we looking for?

• MUST BE QUALIFIED NURSE WITH ACTIVE REGISTRATION - ESSENTIAL

• Experience as a team lead/supervisor in similar role – essential

• Strong IT/computer skills i.e. MS Office applications

• Administrative experience – knowledge of record keeping & reporting.

• Excellent people & communication skills

• Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenging

• Fluency in English – written & oral

• MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND FULL IRISH DRIVING LICENSE
