Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Business Partnering to join our client, a prominent renewable energy organisation based in Kildare.

This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead the HR Business Partnering team, working closely with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals and implement impactful people-focused solutions.

The role features a hybrid working model, blending on-site and remote work for added flexibility.

Your New Job
Key responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead HR Business Partnering initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s objectives.
  • Guide and support the HR Business Partnering team, fostering effective practices and processes to meet business needs and to support the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to address complex organisational challenges through innovative approaches.
  • Promote and drive organisational culture and values while managing change initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver strategies around talent, workforce planning, organisational design, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee industrial relations strategies, ensuring they align with the organisation’s overarching goals.
  • Actively contribute to the HR Leadership Team, shaping and implementing the broader HR strategic plan.
  • Provide insights and feedback to HR Operations and CoEs to enhance processes, policies, and programs.
  • Utilise HR metrics and reporting to measure success in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition and development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare standards for all employees and stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For?
  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Hons level required).
  • Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering at leadership level, including hands-on involvement in project and programme delivery.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead organisational change and stay adaptive to emerging trends.
  • Experience in coaching leaders and advancing HR strategies within a fast-paced environment.
