Our client is one of the leading mattress manufacturers in the UK, supplying high-quality products to retailers and businesses across the industry. With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they are now expanding their presence and are seeking a dynamic National Sales Executive to drive business growth within Ireland.

Your new job
The National Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailers and businesses within the furniture and bedding sector. This is a Nationwide Role. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share, securing new business, and ensuring excellent customer service while representing a leading UK-based manufacturer. You must have experience in Mattress and or bedding sales. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in Ireland.
  • Identify and engage with potential new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of mattresses to retailers, furniture stores, and other relevant businesses.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to enhance business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams in the UK to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development and account management.


What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience in retail and/or furniture and bedding sales.
  • Strong understanding of the furniture or bedding industry is desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • This is a NATIONWIDE role, so you must have the ability to travel.
  • Full Irish Driving License is essential as a fully expensed company vehicle will be provided.
